We do not offer services to resellers. Our customers are made aware of when their domain names will potentially be expiring domains at 30 days, 7 days and 1 day prior to the expiration date. Our customers are provided with the Nominet Terms and Conditions relating to the registration, renewal and expiry procedures. We require these to be accepted by our customers prior to registration and renewal. Our customers can request our Terms and Conditions at any time. We will respond to queries and complaints from our customers within 5 business days, assuming contact has been made via our email address (below).
